Sunset Canyon

This new construction home was built on one of the last remaining vacant lots in an established country neighborhood.  The clients wanted a single level home with space for family gatherings and entertaining.  They came with the lot and we assisted in finding an architect to help achieve their goals.  This house has 3 beds, 3 baths, 3 car garage and RV storage.  The open kitchen, dining and living area make a great environment for everyone to be gathered together.  The addition of a deck, screened porch and patio provide comfortable outdoor spaces for all seasons.
